The NAPLEX is adaptive and it is designed to gauge your knowledge and competency in pharmacy practice (or whatever NABP claims it does). Sure, if you score >90 you should be more prepared than someone who scored 60.
Hi, So I took the pre-NAPLEX, and although I didn't get a bad score the range provided was 0-150. I read that the range has something to do with your performance. If the range starts at a 70 or greater, then you are apparently good to go. However, these were threads from 2010. I don't know if that has changed, etc.
My NAPLEX score was lower than my pre-NAPLEX scores. I think this is rare, but it can happen. All my scores were well above passing though. Feb 9, 2022 · Not really. Pre-MPJE, similar to pre-NAPLEX, does not give you the model answers after the exam. It does not even tell you what questions you answered incorrectly nor how many questions were answered incorrectly. It simply gives you a scaled score that is supposed to be similar to the actual MPJE.
